About the Event

Give Local 757 is a 24-hour day of giving that brings the community together to support local nonprofits making a real impact across Hampton Roads. This year, Grove Christian Outreach Center is proud to participate as we continue serving individuals and families across greater Williamsburg through The Gathering Place and the Rob Till Community Garden.

Our Goal

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to directly support food access, fresh produce distribution, and sustainable solutions for those facing food insecurity in our region.

Thanks to a generous donor, all gifts will be matched up to $12,500, doubling the impact of your support.

How to Participate

1. Give Online
Make a donation anytime during the 24-hour event. Early giving is open now through May 4, so you can make your impact before the big day.

2. Join Us In Person
Celebrate with us at Precarious Beer Hall starting at 5:30 PM.
Enjoy an evening of community, connection, and live music from The Connection while supporting a great cause.

3. Help Us Win Bonus Funding
Throughout the day, additional prize funding will be awarded during key time slots. Strategic giving during these windows increases our chances of securing extra dollars.

Key giving times include:

• Early Morning: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Coffee Break: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Midday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Happy Hour: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Evening: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Prime Time: 7:57 PM
